Fat Loss Project Results – Ginny’s Transformation

Here is Ginny’s experience of the Fat Loss Project.  Yet again, her actual weight loss does not do her justice.  Just look at the difference!  Absolutely fantastic work Ginny, incredibly well done!

I found the Fat Loss Project through my sister; she had just finished the gosleeveless round two  contest.  She also purchased the elite program and has been raving about it ever since.    I was motivated to start the program after seeing some very unflattering recent photos of myself at a family gathering.     I knew it was time to better myself.  I realized I needed to take action and responsibility for my own health and physical condition.  I have tried many weight loss programs and they work for a while, but I have not seen the results that I have with this program and this actually fits into my life style.   I was not really skeptical as I had followed my sister’s success with (the Go Sleeveless) program.  I knew I needed a more hands on approach and this program was an exact fit for me.  My results were steady and I was pretty satisfied with the menus, many of the foods I already had in my house.   I was surprised by the results of the exercises; I feel better and stronger than I did six weeks ago and I plan to continue to lose more weight and get even stronger.   I have recommended this program to some of my co-workers and another sister and I will keep encouraging them to get on the program.    I have paid a few hundred dollars for all the other programs and have not seen this kind of results. Thank You Coach for developing this program.

Fat Loss Project Results – deAnne’s Story

As promised, here is the next before and after from the Fat Loss Project.  deAnne’s story is below:

I found Coach Rylan’s Fat Loss Program through an email that he sent out to people who had purchased his Go Sleeveless Program.

I was finally tired of not being able to lose weight no matter what I tried. Coach Rylan said we could lose 20-30 pounds on his program as long as we did everything he said and ate only what he said. I didn’t have anything to lose and he was right.

I wasn’t a bit skeptical. I just pictured myself 20-30 pounds lighter and was excited to get started.

I lost 12 pounds and 10-1/2” off my hips, waist, bust, arms and thighs.

I was surprised by the quick results. The inches just melted away. It is amazing!

I would recommend this program to anyone – those who are just trying to drop a few pounds, those who have more than just a few pounds to lose, and those who are in the same position I was where nothing worked.

This program is worth hundreds of dollars. Coach Rylan made it so easy for us by providing daily and weekly menus and daily workouts. Every day was a challenge. I will continue to use the program that he gave us over and over. Thank you for this awesome program, Coach!!!

As I mentioned in my last post, deAnne’s actual weight loss is a prime example of how misleading the scale can be, and I think her photos are a testament to that as well.  Quite simply, losing a combined 6 1/2″ off her waist and hips alone tell me that she has easily removed 20 pounds of body fat, but probably even more than that considering her frame size.

Fat Loss Project Results – Carla’s Story Below

Now that I’ve finally got a spare moment after getting the Workout Of The Month Club launched, I think everyone is probably dying to know how the Fat Loss Project Guinea Pigs fared in their journey.

Over the course of the next week or two I will be featuring each contestant who completed the FLP by showcasing their before and after photo and their essay.

I have to say that I was incredibly impressed with the results. Every single person who completed the program got great results – as I expected they would. This just goes to show how suspending your judgment, forgetting excuses, and just DOING something instead of over-analyzing every little detail can give you an incredible kick-start.  As a side note – those who strayed from my instructions still got results, but less impressive than those who stuck to the letter – Lesson:  trust me, I know what I’m talking about ;-)

I want to point out another very important observation that I had during the FLP.  One thing you will notice as a theme throughout the essays is that many of the Guinea Pigs were surprised at how much their body shrunk, how much looser their clothes fit, and how many inches they lost, but many were confused as to why the scale didn’t show as much weight loss as they expected.

There is such an important distinction that needs to be made here, and most of the Guinea Pigs know this by now, but for the sake of the rest of you -  let me reiterate it here.

The scale is a lying little sack of you-know-what!

If you lose 10 pounds of body fat, and gain 10 pounds of muscle, the scale will tell you that nothing has happened.  You might even think you completely failed.  BUT, you will look more toned, sculpted, and certainly slimmer.  That is why you can’t judge results by a number on the scale.

By taking one look at many of the photos, you would think that each of these women would have lost between 20-30 pounds easily (and many of them have without knowing it).  Their entire body looks smaller!  However, as I already mentioned, many only saw a slight change in the scale.

One look at their measurments tells the whole story though.

These women built incredible amounts of strength, fitness, and endurance during the FLP, and they certainly lost a lot of body fat – but they were all gaining muscle at the same time too.

So a women who lost only 10 pounds, but dropped 2 inches from her waist and hips, is very likely to have lost 20 pounds of fat or more, and then added 10 pounds of muscle.  That’s why I say they’ve lost 20 pounds without knowing it.

Conversely, this is also why so many diet programs out there are complete scams.  Nearly all fad diets revolve around caloric restriction and starvation to lose weight (all of my guinea pigs will agree that I certainly didn’t starve them – in fact many had trouble eating as much as I told them to).  So what happens in a restricted diet, is the muscle tissue gets burned up because it uses up too much energy, while the fat gets to stay because it doesn’t use any energy.  Also, lots of water is flushed out of the body.

What you end up with at the end, is a body that weighs less, but actually has a HIGHER percentage of body fat, because the only thing that was lost was muscle and water.

This person might think they were successful, because they lost weight according to the scale.  However, they would be fatter, weaker, have less energy, and a slower metabolism.

Always take measurements, and if you can, have a body fat test done by a skilled technician with skin-fold calipers for the best results.

Today is the final day of the Fat Loss Project.

I’ve asked all of my Guinea Pigs to go back to the very first workout they did in this project and do it one last time, and see how far their body’s have come in this short while.

Over the past 6 weeks I’ve been hearing incredible stories of how these people have shed pounds, inches, have regained lost energy, eliminted cravings for bad foods, improved their health, and feel incredible.

I’ve heard stories about how their once unsupportive families are now helping and encouraging them along, and even joining in with thier new healthy habits.

I’ve heard about how other people are coming up to them and asking them what they’ve done to cause such a dramatic change to their body in such a short time and wanting in on their secret.

In a word, the Fat Loss Project was a success.

I’m excited to hear about how everyone does with their first workout again, I think it’s going to be an eyeopener for everyone.  Later this week, we’ll also be hearing from each one of the Guinea Pigs with their final essay about their experience in the FLP, so stay tuned for that as well.
