Fat Loss Project Day 26 – Friday

Finish this workout and you’re done for the week!  Hurray!

How are you feeling?  Tired, sore?  Don’t forget to take some time for yourself to relax.  Treat yourself to a nice hot bath with epsom salts to soothe those muscles and aid the recovery process.  Also, some fresh lime wedges in ice water are a nice drink to detox and cleanse and speed your recovery.

Enjoy your day off tomorrow, and then don’t forget your mandatory 1 hour of cardio on Sunday.

PS.  How many of you did the calorie cycling?  What were your results?  Are you going to continue with this next week?

Fat Loss Project Day 25 – Thursday

Almost there everybody, keep pushing on.

What’s harder, the cardio or the strength training?  From what everyone has been telling me, the diet is becoming second nature now.

Fat Loss Project Day 24 – Wednesday

Don’t forget to pay attention to your high intensity interval duration.  Did the slight time increase make much of a difference to you?  Also, how many of you are doing the half-portion sizes for your calorie cycling?  Sarah and Helen, you should be doing this for sure – let me know how it’s going.  Any others trying it out?

PS.  Last chance to get the Go Sleeveless Elite package before it’s discontinued is Thursday the 8th at midnight pacific time (tomorrow).  If you want to save yourself over $1000 and get every program I’ve ever created, this is your final call.

Fat Loss Project Day 23 – Tuesday

One day down, four more to go.  How is the extra interval on your cardio plan treating you?
