Go Sleeveless Secret Sale Ends at Midnight Tonight…
If you missed the email I sent out yesterday, there is a secret sale going on at www.gosleeveless.com until midnight tonight.
It’s unmarked – so you won’t actually see how much you save until you get to the shopping cart page to complete your order.
This is also the last opportunity you will have to get the Go Sleeveless Lite Package. After midnight, you will no longer be able to get the Go Sleeveless System for less than $70 for an entire year due to my book contract.
Don’t procrastinate folks – if you want to get a great body in 2010, you won’t be able to do it cheaper than this.

Stay tuned…
Sorry for my lack of response the past two days – it’s been a mad house around here.
Lots of prep for Christmas, as my wife and I are hosting this year – so the house is going to be full.
Also, lots of PR work for the book too, so that is taking up all of my spare time.
I have read through all of your blogs, and I will be getting to the comments asap, so hang in there
Thanks all, and Merry Christmas to you and yours.

PS. Seems like there is enough interest in the DVD package, so I am going to book the filming very soon, and then get into production as fast as possible so I can get this out to you all earlier in the new year. As far as price, it will be more expensive than the e-book obviously, but I can’t give an actual estimate until I figure out how much it’s going to cost to produce, package, and ship. I will keep everyone posted on the details as they emerge.
Fat Loss Project Round 2 – Week 4

Snow has arrived…
At the request of one of my Fat Loss Project clients, Carla, I wanted to share a couple pictures of our Christmas tree expedition that we took yesterday.
I’ll admit, most Christmas trees off of a sales lot or Christmas tree farm are going to be far more aesthetically pleasing than one you’ll find on your own out in the bush.
However, there’s just something to be said for getting out into the woods and into the fresh air and finding your very own tree. My wife and I took a drive up some forest service roads after a fresh snow fall of a few inches, and it was a perfect winter wonderland. Making our own fresh tracks in the snow, we found a little trail leading up to an old logging cut-block, and after a short search, found this little guy pictured above.
It was a comfortable -10 degrees Celsius, and my saw was sharp, so it didn’t take long to bring it down and drag it to my trailer. I forgot how the smell of a real Christmas tree can invoke so many instant memories of holidays past.
For the past few years we’ve had to resort to using a fake tree (which I’ve never been proud of) because I didn’t have a way to bring a real one home. But since I sold my car last year and bought a new Jeep (I’ve always been a huge Jeep fan) and more recently added the little utility trailer you see behind it – we finally were able to get a real tree – and I am so glad we did!
For a Canadian boy, it’s just not Christmas without fresh snow and a Christmas tree.
