Today is your last official day of ‘fun cardio’ so I hope you did something enjoyable. I always love hearing about what everyone decides to do on their fun days.
Anyway, tomorrow you’ve got that special workout (workout number one) from the beginning of the fat loss project, and don’t forget that you need to take your weight, measurements, and photos first thing tomorrow morning too.
I’ve left you some special instructions in an email which should be arriving in your inbox shortly if you haven’t already seen it, so pay particular attention to my info there, and I will talk to you later.

Nice work all, you survived the final and most brutal week yet! I bet your muscles are just begging for a nice massage or hot tub right about now – which I would highly recommend by the way.
Anyway, get your journal in tonight, then take a load off and give yourself a well deserved rest tomorrow. Sunday you will be doing your one-hour of fun cardio and reporting back to me, and I will be in touch the same day with some special instructions.
Remember that on Monday you are going to do the same workout you did on day one. It will be a nice easy workout this time, and I am excited to hear about how it feels 6 weeks later to be able to get real proof about how far you’ve come.

PS. Who is using twitter? Did you notice that you can follow me by clicking the birdie logo on the right hand side of this page? I ask because I have no idea if any of you, besides a couple, even use twitter or if it’s worth me even tweeting. If you are, let me know so I can follow you too. Otherwise I might just scrap the whole twitter thing.
