I’m taking it easy on you today – no reduction in your rest interval for cardio
However, don’t forget that your rest at the end of your circuit is now 60 seconds max, instead of the 60-90 seconds you started with. You are also on menu plan C, so you should be familiar with that one by now.
Talk to you soon,
Coach Rylan

Homework done, I enjoy commenting and supporting / and get support of fellow GPs! Luckily Tsunami did not stop me today, except I did lose time watching it out the window (we are up high looking over the sea and town) . It was only 40 cm by the time it got here luckily as this town is right on the sea http://girlwhoclicked.blogspot.com/2009/09/wed-day-17.html

Scary stuff Kim, glad everything worked out alright.
Day 17 not really completed – I have eaten well but not exercised today a) i have been working back to back clients and not feeling very well b) DOMS quite bad today!
Will do 2 workouts tomorrow one in th emorning and one in the evening to make up for it
Coach – Can we mix and match our three menus or should we stick to them as you have each day laid out? For example, can we choose to have an omelette two days in a row or oats every other day? thank you!

Cheers Greg
No, DO NOT mix and match, that will totally screw up the nutrition program. Every meal within each menu plan is working with the others, if you start swapping, you could easily overload calories and carbs.

I have packed as much as I can for the weekend; I am leaving tomorrow right from work. I have planned ahead so it should go alright. My legs were a bit sore this morning, but got better as the day went on.

Almost forgot to leave this link! Blogging is done.
Question on pork. We are having some roast wild pork for dinner on Saturday night that my girlfriend shot up in the bush (she’s a wild one!) and I wondered if I could have it too or should I substitute for chicken or fish or something leaner? The wild pork here is not white fleshed like farmed pork, but brown, quite gamey and I would have it with no fat of course. Please let me know, so I can arrange to have something else if need be. Thanks.
Day 17′s complete: http://ddkingweightloss.blogspot.com/2009/09/donnas-fatloss-blog-day-17.html. For tomorrow’s breakfast, since I can’t do eggs should I have oatmeal again or the protein smoothie?
worked out at the park with my niece. intervals up & down the hill.

This is so worth it. I am feeling stronger.
Wild pork, if you chose the lean cut, is very good. It doesn’t get any more natural than that, and that’s what this whole eating plan is about.
go for it, but keep our portion to your regular size, and again, choose a lean cut.
Thanks Wendy.
Yes Donna, in your case, you can always substitute the eggs for something else. I’m glad we were able to pinpoint this for you with some certainty.

Day 17 complete! I pushed myself with my workout tonight. Felt good.
Got both workouts done today – all caught up. Eating plan has not been as prescribed these last two days with out the control of my own kitchen, meaning exactly the Mon, Tues, Weds plans but trying to make best choices and and leaning on the resources in the packed cooler. Tomorrow will be better – arriving at destination earlier in the day.

Had a much better day today, the soreness is almost gone. I like the differences in the menu plan and I am finding that I am spending a lot less on food than before. I have lost a total of 6 lbs so far. Kathy
