Today is the fun cardio day…
What did you do today?
Also, how is the weather in your corner of the world? Winter is fast approaching here in Southern BC, and exercising outdoors is actually quite a treat for me because I absolutely detest the summer heat. Some people think I’m weird, but I love this cool weather just before the snow flies.

Are you a professional journalist? You write very well.
Thank God it’s rest day…http://girlwhoclicked.blogspot.com/2009/10/sat-day-34.html

No hummus available here, can I just used mashed garbanzo beans? Tahini also not available, or I’d be able to make my own??? Please advise.

Hmm i love hummus so that is a good addition
Yeah, that’s perfectly fine. Just mash or process them up with some olive oil, a pinch of sea salt, and some lemon juice and you’re good to go.
Heading out for my fun cardio. Here’s my blog: http://ddkingweightloss.blogspot.com/2009/10/donnas-fatloss-blog-day-35.html
OK, thanks. I love hummus, too. It’s one of the first things I buy to eat when I visit family in USA!

I think all the exercise and wt loss has helped me with my Curling. Tonight was our first night and out team won, but I felt a lot more comfortable playing than I did last year. It was easier to shoot as well as sweep on the ice. Very fun. I am looking forward to this last week and plan to make as much progress as possible. The Get-ups always look easy in the video, can’t wait till it’s that easy for me….

Went woodcutting again today, even a longer day then yesterday. Today was a typical fall day in Central Oregon – sunny and in the low 70′s. The forest smells wonderful.
Are you talking to me?! My writing has been shocking spelling and accuracy wise and I have not worried about editing as I usually would as it is just a personal blog. No, I am not a journalist but I do write a lot and loved English at school. I run a website and have written many articles for that and for other publications in the past. One day, like most people, I’d like to write a book or two! Blogging and having my own website gives me free opportunities to write/be published. That’s just (more) of the beauty of the internet.

HI Coach – Spent to day trying to outrun a cold – slept as long as I could this morning, then NOTHING sounded remotely OK to eat nor can I taste anything, so I did the smoothie for the first part of my day and finished with the salad & salmon for dinner. I drank LOTS of tea & water, hoping to flush this crud out. I have been a little OCD-like through this FLP – keeping my hands clean & such, but didn’t run fast enough.
Bundled up & walked an hour w/dogs, really wanted to go ice skating today, but it didn’t seem wise nor had the energy for it. Went to the store this eveing – so all ready for the week & have workouts scheduled into my daily planner so that none of them will get missed this week due to time. Also – DM’d you on Twitter, been following for several weeks. THX! – Carla

Weekend blog: http://robinsfatlossjourney.blogspot.com/2009/10/fat-loss-project-days-34-and-35.html
Lost another .6 pound this week (was hoping for more), but another 3 inches are gone (another 1″ off the waist)!
Looking forward to the final week stretch!
Wow Robin, this is great news. Obviously you are losing body fat while you are building muscle (which is actually quite a difficult feat), so way to go.
