		<description>Hi Coach! It&#039;s me, with yet another question. I know the evening snack is optional. If we do decide to eat a snack, is it okay to eat just the nuts without the veggies, or does it have to be the nut/veggie combo? Veggies aren&#039;t to appealing to me at 9pm, but if I should, I will.

		<description>What a week. Computer had to go to the hospital. Then trying hard to catch up. Two days of exercise yesterday. Then mixed up  thinking everything had to go in including today. My apologies.

Love the smoothie day. Wish it was on for every breakfast. It is so easy, filling and nutritious. 

Don&#039;t think my weight for some of the exercises is adequate. It is a little 2 pounder you can wear on your wrist or ankle etc. 

I took my ring to the jewellers to get resized because of my weight loss
and she wanted to know how I did it. So I told her the story and 
she is very interested. I would like to know exactly the email to give her when I go to pick my ring up. Thank you in advance. Here is the blog.

I do  take meds for my thyroid problem, but I am hoping that if I eat these foods more than four hours after taking the meds that there will be no interactions. Just like I take calcium later in the day.

I really enjoyed the edamame snack yesterday, so I will assume because it is later in the day, I will be okay. And I will be sure to keep eating the salad.</description>
