I just sent you my payment. Woo Hoo! All the info that I use during FLP #1 is the same. My payment via PayPal uses a different email address. Thank you!

Coach -

After losing the weight I did during FLP#1, I want to lose another 15 pounds. Do I qualify to still enter FLP#2? If so, count me in. Can I use my "after" photo and measurements for my entry since you already have all that? I will get my entry fee sent in right away if all this is ok. I'm at work and don't have a lunch break until noon so wouldn't be able to enter otherwise if I can't use my "after" information.

Measure from your elbow to shoulder, and mark the center point. Then take the measurement around the exact middle.

With your thighs, measure up from the top of your kneecap 6 inches, and take the measurement around that point.

As long as you measure in exactly the same place before and after, that's all that really matters. Just write it down so you know for next time.

Thanks for the feedback. I've taken my photo for the entry, but where exactly do I measure thighs and arms?

My husband WISHED he could have all my food! We only all eat the same thing for dinner in our family as my husband and children have different lunches than I do and in different settings. Although everyone has picked up on my breakfasts too, by their own choice. My husband and son (who both needed to lose weight) did lose weight with our son losing 2 kg...But if your husband is already an ideal weight, his body will probably stay that way I'd say. It's the combination of the excercise and nutritition that does it. You can always give him a bit more if he's starving, but I found it was the quite the opposite with plenty of food, and rarely if ever, was I even mildly hungry.

You need to do this for you and your health, I'm sure he will be able to fit in most happily. My Dad is in his early sixties and can cook nought but baked beans, maybe your husband is simarlarly challenged?! But if he really hates a certain thing, and he cant cook like my Dad, maybe he can learn some new skills too! Both of you will discover some new healthy foods on the way and lose some of the less healthy foods forever. I thought I was eating healthy before too and I was compared to most, now I eat super healthy and I am continuing to lose weight post FLP, using the things I have learnt. I will eat this way for life now, it's easy and yummy and very filling for me to eat whole clean foods. Kim, FLP I Guinea Pig

Like I've said before, and the past FLP Guinea Pigs can chime in here if they please, but you'll likely be eating MORE than you normally do. It's not about calories, it's about eating clean whole foods, and eliminating the junk. This will be perfectly fine for your whole family.

My only concern about participating in the Fat Loss Project is that my husband is 6'2" and only weights 148 lbs. Clearly he can't afford to lose weight. I think I cook pretty healthy. Since I cook for just the two of us and would be eating whatever you tell me, is there a problem with him eating the same foods but perhaps more, or will I need to continue making him something different? I'd really like to participate in the Fat Loss Project. I'm 60, have been active my whole life, and can afford to lose about 25 pounds. Thank you.
