Thank you Coach Rylan for your challenge, and all of your support, guidance, knowledge, and caring! Your work does make a difference; and how wonderful that you can see firsthand the impact you have on people through the testimonies of the participants in this challenge!
I was very impressed with the changes I witnessed while reading the testimonies. Wow! Ladies, way to go!
Maureen, congratulations girl! You look awesome. Wow! You really achieved that gosleeveless look.
Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Challenge! Some of us made mistakes, some of us fell off the wagon, and some of you stayed 100% committed. But we did it! The important thing now is what did we learn about ourselves and what will we do with that new found knowledge…?
My intention is continue with my goals, continue with the GoSleeveless system, and to keep challenging myself to do better, and then even better. I appreciate being rewarding with second place; I am proud of myself. Thank you to coach Rylan for the opportunity and for helping me achieve what I did.
This system is so effective that I intend to continue with it. My goal is to lose another 20 pounds of fat, and complete another measurement and weigh in for September 1st. Then I have another round to December 1st at which time I will weigh 160lbs strong and hopefully look a lot like Maureen there I will also keep up with my blog to maintain that element of accountability. Anyone else….?
Good luck to everyone in the future! Stay with it, cause you are worth it.
I applaud everyone that stayed in the competition. Testimonials were inspiring. I ended up not joining the competition, but have followed the results as they came in. Were the in-between photos ever published? I do not recall seeing them. I do wish in before and after photos, that people would stand the same way, wear similar clothes and not black with so much covered up you can’t truly see the effects. Just my opinion. I am going to keep going with the program and will not be a frumpy 60 years old in Sept. Thanks, Rylan, keep up the inspiring.
Congratulations to all of the contestants, you did a great job. I hope everyone continues to keep their healthy lifestyle habits. Thanks Rylan for the kick in the butt that I needed to get started, now it’s all up to me to keep going, and I will!!!
Hi everyone!! Great job on the competition!!! Thank you to everyone for the great encouragement & positive feedback. The hard work over the last 8 weeks has really paid off for all of us! I can’t believe the changes everyone has made, totally AWESOME!!
Rylan–how about a round 2 competition? Obviously this “being held accountable” format worked for most of us. (yes?)
I totally plan to continue w/the detox diet for a few more weeks (got a big trip coming up in July!), and then i’ll start the maintenance phase. I’m on week 1 of the Toning Accelerator part of the Gold Package & so far, so good.
Thanks to Rylan & everyone for really taking this seriously & giving it your best efforts. Let’s keep it going strong!!
Hi everyone! This has been an amazing competition. Thanks Coach! I feel I have many new friends all challenging and struggling together. But we know if we follow the program we will definitely get even more results. I feel appreciative to have been awarded third place. I would never have believed I could make such changes in a few short months. Thanks to all of you for your encouraging experiences along the way. My goal is to have a bod like Maureen’s. Congratulations!!! And, most of all thanks to Coach Rylan for always encouraging us to nevre give up on ourselves!
Thanks!
Kay
It truly was my pleasure Kay. All the effort and work I put into running this blog and the competition is so worth it when I see the changes you all have made.
Thank you very much. I sure learned a lot about myself, my strengths, my weaknesses, my eating habits, and what my body is capable of still doing! This challenge has been a fantastic experience and I wish we could all keep blogging and measuring and checking in with one another. It does help to have that support and accountability.
It sure kick started me into working out and having hope that I can still improve my body and health. I enjoyed being in the challenge with you Kay.
You are welcome and great job, eh! For some of us, I guess you have become our challenge poster girl sort of thing…ha!
I would like a second round too…but a lot of women dropped out. Now that I think of it, it does take A LOT for Coach Rylan to run this challenge. Maybe the ones who want to continue could say so and we could check in a couple times a week to see how it is going. We can still read the information Coach Rylan puts up…if that is okay with Coach Rylan? Just a thought…
How about to put up a forum for us? Go Sleeveless – Women only
That way we could go on encouraging each other to stay on track. Ask for help and share recipies and so on.
The exercise part of it all is tough for me, but I’ve lost 14 lb since april 1st. So I’m still on it.
LADIES, WE MADE IT! CONGRATULATIONS!

Half way photos were not published, they were used as a check-in only to help everyone stay on track.

Hi Rylan, I would like to do this but need details, like if I go on a cycling trip, can I still be working the program? cost?
