In other news: Mom and Dad are away on holiday this week, so their Toy Pomeranian Jimmy is spending the next 10 days or so with my wife and I, and ‘Cousin Jack’. These two have been spending the last couple days sizing each other up and giving each other death stares for sometimes half an hour at a time. My money is on Jack when the inevitable brawl breaks out.

I found the gosleeveless program to be a very valuable resource. The nutritional information to be very helpful. I am 1 week into the elimination diet and starting to see results. I have followed your guidelines for cardio but found the strength exercises too easy so I have modifified with more sets, burpees, turkish get ups etc. I am usually finished in a hour as opposed to my2 hour plus workouts previously.
So I guess I would like modifications for the extremely fit and strong. Thanks. Patricia
