Esther, I would recommend booking a private consultation with me to go over this in detail. I can help set you up with a great core strengthening plan that you can do at home and with no equipment that will help you correct your back problems.

Email me if you are interested.

As usual, thank you for being selfless by giving me your time, I know that time is very costly. I get lower back pain from time to time and I am told that due to aging, my disks are being worn, no great worry. I am also told that I should strengthen my core, it is the hardest thing for me to do, as I do not breathe properly. What are your thoughts on core training and can I see how to do them?

Can you tell me whether I should do 'seated side cable rotation' exercise or is there an alternate exercise I can perform instead?

thank you

Man you performed those exercises with such taste, so much control and proper form. Very good examples to follow so that when executing those exercises, I will do my very best to do them correctly. The only one seems challenging is the last one, but I will give it a try.

Always great to see 'how to do' rather than just read and do.

Great job as always

it's slightly different. It actually has you sitting on the floor doing a side rotation with a resistance band. I attach the band to a piece of sturdy equipment and move far enough away to get some good tension.

I will post an example monday.

Ijust looked at the free videos, man they are just great. Will be doing the exercises as soon as I get home. I always look for a challenge and what I like is that you perform these exercises with proper form. I will try to emulate your good form so that I can get some results as well.

thank you again.

No. While I have some clients who use a rebounder for other programs, for this program, it's definitely not a good alternative. It's impossible to get your heart rate up high enough with this. In actuality, rebounding is more of a muscular endurance exercise rather than a cardio exercise.

Ryan - is bouncing on a rebounder (mini trampoline) an adequate alternative to using a treadmill or elliptical machine?
