Just a quick note to those that are interested.

As the round two competition didn’t end up going through due to lack of interest, I have been getting a few emails from folks who are looking for alternate ways of staying motivating and reaching their goals through the summer.

I know it can be hard to stay on track if you don’t have anyone to keep you accountable to your goals, and now that we’re almost half-way through summer, it’s hard not to just throw in the towel and say, ‘ah ta hell with it!’

Of course, if you do that, you know you will regret it.  The rest of summer will become a free-for-all, with the multitude of opportunities available for overindulgence and relaxation, it’s not exactly conducive to a great-looking body.
