Well, it was only a matter of time before the scam artists came out in full force.
A client emailed me about this yesterday, and I seriously had to laugh.
There is someone on the internet selling a 7 day program to eliminate flabby arms, called ‘sleeveless in 7′ claiming to eliminate flabby arms in 7 days.
7 days?
Yeah right.
Now, I’ve said in the past that you can get results in seven days if you follow some of my very strict guidelines. But eliminate the problem in a week?
Not going to happen folks.
The internet is a breeding ground for this type of trash. Someone sees that there is a popular product out there, and they try and throw a copy-cat together in a few days and sell it for less than the real product. They figure that they will dupe a few people into buying it just because it’s cheaper (and they do). They grab a few quick bucks until everyone catches on, then they move to the next popular product and do it all over again.
But that’s not what really got me.
This scum bag has posted fake testimonial photos on their website.
How do I know they are fakes?
They have obviously been photo-shopped. How can you tell? Notice the blurry edges on the first photo? The picture has been ‘smudged out’. Now look at the second one. Notice how sharp the edges look? And see how form fitting the same shirt is? This photo has been ‘sucked’ in.
Don’t be fooled by this crap. As always, you get what you pay for. While I can’t fix your flabby arms in 7 days, give me 6 weeks and I can do wonders. Accept no imitations, Go Sleeveless is the real deal.
Coach Rylan
PS. If ‘sleeveless in 7′ gets you sculpted arms in 7 days, then why do even the fake photos have week 1 and week 12 on them??? Sheesh!

geez
and talk about plagarism
doesn’t this violate copyright too?
i love the obviousness (is that a word??), of the labeling “week 1″ & “week 12″. They really underestimate the intelligence of their potential customers.. or maybe not… (how sad).
good for a laugh though, thanks rylan!
keep nailing these bastards mate. I wrote on my blog last week about a local trainer here in Sydney ripping off a big name boot camp expert in the states testimonials and passing them off as sydneysiders.
The beauty is if these things are a clickbank product there refund rates will be through the roof once people realise it’s a scam – and that means game over for these crooks.
Crap, when does it end!?
In this case, it isn’t a clickbank product, but paypal. No guarantee, no refunds. People are going to be scammed out of their money with no recourse it seems.
This garbage gives all of us online fitness experts a bad name, but what can we do other than let everyone know what is going on?
Thanks for the heads up on your end, I will keep my eyes peeled.
Enjoy your holiday (even though you are looking after us). I like you, you are always on top of things. I saw the 7-day wonder. But hey, did not believe the trash. Plenty trash, unreliable source. I always say, inform yourself and that’s why your programme will always be my number one. “HONESTY” , yes, that’s what it is. Keep up the great work, I know many people are being helped, including myself.
HAVE A GREAT DAY.
I know this is an old post, but just looked at the ‘Sleeveless in 7′ site and the photo example you posted above is now a profile view and the photos no longer read Week 1-Week 12, but Before and After…VERY misleading! Thanks for putting this information out here! Possibly saving someone from a costly error in judgement.
i was just in the process of ordering sleeveless in 7, then thought id do a quick google search before i clicked BUY (i already had my paypal info typed in ready to go!) then stumbled upon this page, wow am i glad, sadly i cant quite afford your program but at least i saved myself 40 bucks. thanks.
It gets worse. There are now photos shown from the back (so the person’s face is obscured) and these have been faked as well. If you look closely at the top of their head – specifically at their hair, and you can tell the photos were exactly the same image (as their hair is in exactly the same position – which is impossible when taking two separate photos supposedly many weeks apart), but were altered in photoshop to create a before and after effect. Unfortunately, this scam has yet to be shut down.
DITTO!
I was also just about to click ‘buy’ but did a google search for reviews AND had a closer look at the “testimonials”. The giveaway is that the hair on both before & after shots IS THE SAME LENGTH!! And many other details look the same. Thanks for saving me $40.
